Orders & Refunds

Customers are unable to cancel orders for change of mind purchases and refunds will only be offered for faulty products or incorrect sizes. Exchanges may or may not be offered, should they be requested from a customer due to limited availability. Any requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 60 days of purchase, regardless of the shipped date.

Colla Clothing can offer full refunds, repairs or replacements for a faulty item (or incorrect size) so long as the item is returned in reasonable condition (apart from the fault) and we believe the product can be deemed faulty. Reasonable condition includes tags still intact, no stains, and similar to the original condition that the item was sent in. Faulty products may include broken zips, torn seams, and missing buttons. Requested refunds will be processed after the return of an item. No refund will be offered for individuals whom Colla Clothing deems deceitful.

Every care is taken in maintaining this website but errors and omissions in the information, availability, and prices may occur. We strive to showcase the correct items to their matching prices, and descriptions, however are not liable for any incorrect matches. Once informed of incorrect matches, the website will be promptly changed. Colla Clothing will cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price or are associated with the incorrect item, and the customer is entitled to a full refund of this product. Customers will then have the ability to re-purchase the correct item(s) at the correct price. Colla Clothing has the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If payment has already been made for the purchase when the order is cancelled, Colla Clothing will inform the customer and reimburse them the full amount.

Shipping

Depending on availability, Colla Clothing will hand-produce the item once it has been processed which will take up to 30 days. These items will be listed as ‘Pre-order’ items during payment, and in the ‘Shop’. Items available immediately will be labeled as ‘Available now’ during payment. Immediately available items will be shipped between 1-3 days of purchase. 

All items are sent through an external postal service and you will be provided with a tracking code via email.


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For carts over $100 AUD, free shipping will apply in domestic areas. In-store pickup is not currently available. P.O. boxes are accepted. International shipping is now available in New Zealand.

Shipping times will vary depending on location, available couriers, and external events that may delay delivery.


All items purchased from Colla Clothing are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

It is possible that Colla Clothing will be unable to fulfill orders immediately, in which case customers will be informed promptly with details of any delays or issues there may be.
